How does it work?

  • Register for access to the Customer Portal using the form below, to have 24 access to view your invoices, receipts, balances and more. 
  • Once registered, all invoices and receipts will be sent directly to the Customer Portal via the email address you provided.
  • The Customer Portal uploads account activity once, every 24 hours. 
  • The first time accessing the Customer Portal, you will require the email addressed submitted during registration and your Customer Number.
  • Customer Numbers are 3 or 4 digits, located on the top right of each Utility Notice and the row directly above your name on Tax Notices.  Call or email the Office for assistance if you don't have a notice available.

Current billing schedules

  • Utility Notice are sent out at the beginning of each billing month with due dates of January 30th, April 30th, July 30th and October 30th.
  • Tax Notices are sent out in January (estimate) and June (final). Taxes due in full by June 30th.
